I am honored to extend a warm welcome to the 43rd FIESTA UROLOGY 2026, marking another milestone in our journey of excellence in urology. This year's event, themed "Urology in Motion: Advancing through Evidence, Accelerating with Innovation" highlights the transformative potential of innovation and synergy in advancing urological practices.

The 43rd FIESTA UROLOGY 2026 will once again bring together esteemed experts, dynamic discussions, engaging seminars, and groundbreaking scientific presentations. This collaborative effort, in partnership with the Indonesian Urology Association, East Java Region, aims to empower participants with the knowledge and skills to redefine standards of care in urology.

We invite to submit their abstracts for the 43rd FIESTA UROLOGY 2026

  • In vitro Studies
  • Animal Research
  • Review Articles (Systematic Reviews/Meta-analyses)

1. Submission Period

Abstract submission will open on 27 March 2026 and will close on 6 June 2026. Abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

2. Originality of Work

The work described in the abstract must be original and not previously published, whether as a manuscript or abstract. If it has been presented at another scientific meeting, authors must clearly disclose the date and location of the presentation during submission. The Abstract Review Committee will assess the submission using all available information.

3. Categories of Submission

The Scientific Committee accepts abstracts in the following categories:

  • Original Research (observational or experimental studies)
  • Case Reports
  • In vitro Studies
  • Animal Research
  • Review Articles (Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses)

4. Abstract Structure

Original Research and Review Articles
Abstracts must include the following sections:

  • Introduction
  • Materials and Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion

Case Reports
Abstracts must include the following sections:

  • Background
  • Case Report
  • Conclusion

5. Word Limit

Abstracts are limited to 350 words.

6. Figures and Tables

Figures, tables, graphs, or images are not permitted in the abstract submission.

7. Presenter Policy

Each abstract must have only one presenting author.

8. Language

All abstracts must be written and submitted in English. Authors are responsible for ensuring correct grammar and language quality prior to submission. Abstracts with poor language may be rejected by the Scientific Committee or sent back for immediate revision.

9. Submission Method

Abstracts must be submitted electronically via the official Fiesta Urology website. After submission, they cannot be changed, corrected, or revised.

10. References and Acknowledgements

References, acknowledgements, credits, or grant support should not be included in the abstract.

11. Drug Names

Only generic drug names should be used. Brand names must not be mentioned.

12. Abbreviations

Standard abbreviations can be used without explanation. Non-standard ones should be limited and introduced with their full form initially, then followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.

13. Submission Limits

Each presenter may submit a maximum of:

  • 2 abstracts (original research or review articles)
  • 2 case reports

14. Review Process

All submitted abstracts will undergo a blinded peer review process and will be evaluated by at least two independent reviewers.

15. Blind Review Policy

To ensure a double-blind review, author names and institutional affiliations must not appear in the abstract title or abstract body.

16. Author Information

Author names and affiliations must only be entered in the online submission form.
Do not include the author list inside the abstract file.

17. Author Name Consistency

Authors must ensure that their names are written consistently across all submissions to guarantee accurate indexing.

18. Notification of Acceptance

The corresponding author will receive an official notification via email regarding:

  • Acceptance or rejection of the abstract
  • Assigned presentation category
  • Session schedule

19. Registration Requirement

Acceptance of the abstract will be considered final only after the presenting author completes the conference registration and payment.
